Waldner – the next generation ping pong table
Made with an advanced computer system integration, the table has a multi-touch surface, which responds to human touch and real world objects, like ping-pong balls. The table is also equipped with Siri voice recognition that monitors the game along with a Mac Pro 12-core computer. That means the table is very intelligent; it sees, feels and hears the game. You can even discuss a ball with it to improve your ping pong skills or argue about a point.

“Inductance” Fun with a giant electromagnet
A project inspired by the phrase “Turn off your TV” mentioned in a lecture by adventurer Alastair Humphreys.
To illustrate this idea Jack Archer built a shelving unit to house 15 small televisions; creating a dot-matrix grid where individual TV’s could be turned on or off, to produce different letterforms and numbers.

Max Capacity got some really nice glitchy TV-VHS experimentations set on his flickr.
A mashup is a song created by blending two or more other songs. The more complex a mashup gets, the harder it is to distinguish the parts that are being used to create what you’re hearing.
This visualisation of the song “Definitive Daft Punk” by Cameron Adams dissects a mashup in realtime to show you how each of the 23 parts contributes to the greater whole.
